Trofima & Pota First Greek BPA Member Applicant
Trofima & Pota (Food & Beverages), a leading business-to-business financial and technological monthly in the food and beverage industry, has become the first Greek magazine to apply for membership in BPA Worldwide, the global media auditing organization.
BPA Worldwide will track circulation for Trofima & Pota based on business/distribution, demographics and geographic coverage. The magazine will have 12 months to complete its initial circulation audit.
Yannis Cordis, CIO of Triaina Publishing, publishers of Trofima & Pota, said that the magazine wants to be a front-runner within the Greek market in terms of providing its advertisers and prospects with solid assurance that it is maximizing the quality and efficiency of its qualified circulation.
“It is an imperative that we offer our clients and subscribers the best service possible,” said Cordis. “We have made a considerable investment in developing new database systems, training personnel for their effective use, and forming an exceptional journalistic team, to ensure that Trofima & Pota continues to function as a highly compelling read and advertising medium within the food and beverage sector. BPA audit verification will be a cornerstone for the continued success of the title.”
Trofima & Pota, published by Triaina for 30 years now, has won a series of national and international journalism awards, noted Elena Fotiadi, Communications Manager for the magazine.
“We congratulate Triaina Publishing on being the first not only within their market, but within their country, to provide advertisers with BPA’s world-respected standard of independent circulation verification,” said BPA Worldwide President and CEO Glenn Hansen.
With the addition of Greece, BPA now serves media properties in 27 countries worldwide.
