GLENN J. HANSEN has been BPA's president and chief executive officer since August 1999. Mr. Hansen began his career with BPA as an auditor in New York in January 1980. He was promoted to manager of market comparability programs in August 1982, and was named Eastern region manager seven months later. In January 1985, he became manager of the Western region, opening BPA's Los Angeles office. He was appointed vice president in 1986, and the following year was named to head the Midwest region office, based in Chicago. In January 1990, he returned to the New York office to become senior vice president, auditing. Mr. Hansen is a magna cum laude graduate of John Jay College of Criminal Justice, with a bachelor's degree in planning and administration. Prior to joining BPA, he was an officer with the U.S. Customs Service, working in drug interdiction and cargo theft squads on the international borders in New York airports and shipyards. He began his professional career as an assistant director of government funding for Boy Scouts of America.

PETER D. BLACK is BPA's senior vice president, business development. In this role, he oversees new business development, international operations, continuing education programs and communications activities. Prior to being promoted to senior VP in October 1994, Mr. Black had been vice president of marketing services since September 1991, when he returned to BPA from Official Airline Guides, where he was a sales manager. A graduate of the University of Dayton, he first joined BPA as an auditor in June 1976, and was promoted to marketing services supervisor in December 1977 and to manager in November 1979.

RICHARD J. MURPHY has been senior vice president, auditing since August 1999. He began his career with BPA in New York, as an accounting supervisor, in February 1992. He was promoted to accounting manager in June 1992, and named controller in September 1993. He managed the eastern region audit operation from January 1995 through December 1996. In December 1996, he was named general manager of the Midwest region, based in Chicago. On January 1, 1998, was named vice president/general manager of the Canadian Circulations Audit Board (CCAB) division, based in Toronto. Prior to joining BPA, he was an auditor with Futter, Popper & Company, certified public accountants. A graduate of St. John's University, he is a licensed CPA in the state of New York.

DOREEN CASTIGNOLI joined BPA in November 2001 as the director of human resources. She was promoted to vice president, human resources in July 2002, and to senior vice president, finance and administration on October 2005. In this position, she currently oversees human resources, accounting, information services, information technology and office operations. Prior to joining BPA, she served as a management consultant specializing in the human resources area. Her more than 24 years of business experience includes holding executive positions in finance and human resources for two Inc. 500 companies. Ms. Castignoli holds a master of business administration degree from Sacred Heart University and a bachelor of science degree in economics/political science.

DOREEN CHAN has been General Manger, BPA Asia Pacific region since June 2004. She is responsible for the business development, sales and marketing in Asia Pacific. She began her career with BPA Worldwide in New York as an auditor in 1997 and became electronic auditor in March 1999. She was promoted to manager, Electronic Auditing in July 2000. In March 2001, she was named Asia Pacific regional manager and relocated to Hong Kong to open BPA’s first office in Asia. In June 2004, she was responsible for implementing the relocation of the Asia Pacific regional office from Hong Kong to Beijing, China, where she is now based. Ms. Chan is a graduate of Baruch College, the City University of New York with an MBA degree in International Marketing, and a graduate of Brooklyn College, The City University of New York with a Bachelor degree in Computer and Information Science. Prior to joining BPA Worldwide, she was a market researcher with New York Mercantile Exchange.

RUSSELL HADERER is vice president, International Operations, responsible for audit operations in Asia/Pacific, E.M.E.A. and Latin America. He also oversees BPA's Member Relations Managers. Previously, he was director and general manager, U.K. operations, with responsibility for all administration, marketing and audit operations in the region. He joined BPA as an auditor in March 1994 and was named national service coordinator, consumer and continuous audits in September 1994. He was promoted to regional manager of BPA's Chicago office in December 1995, and then to manager of BPA's Tampa, Florida office in September 1996. He relocated to BPA's London office in August 1999, becoming director of audit operations. In January 2000, he was promoted to director and general manager, U.K. Prior to joining BPA, he received an associate of arts degree from Mount San Antonio College in Walnut, CA and a bachelor of arts degree in international business from California State University, Fullerton, with emphasis in marketing and finance. He earned a place on the president's honor roll and graduated a member of the Honor Society for International Scholars.

TIM PEEL became general manager of CCAB, BPA's Canadian division, in June 2004. He began his career with BPA in 1999, as an auditor based in Toronto. He was promoted to internal audit supervisor, and then to audit manager, in first-quarter 2002. He is a graduate of The University of Ottawa, with bachelor degrees in commerce and economics. Prior to joining BPA, he worked as a fund accountant in the offshore fund division of an international financial institution.

STUART WILKINSON is director, E.M.E.A region. Previously, he was marketing manager, U.K. and Europe, in charge of business development responsibilities for BPA's portfolio of services in Europe and the E.M.E.A. and consumer and new media audits in the U.K. In February 2000, he was named BPA's audit manager, U.K. operations, and in January 2001 assumed responsibility for general audit operations in both the U.K. and continental Europe. He joined BPA as an auditor in July 1997, and in July 1998, was named regional service coordinator, new accounts. He held that position until April 1999, when he was promoted to senior auditor of the U.K. region. Prior to joining BPA, he was an associate trader for BHS Plc, a retail organization based in High Street, London. He holds a masters degree in social anthropology and development from the School of Oriental and African Studies, London University, and a bachelor of arts degree in French, economics and politics from Kingston University, Kingston Upon Thames.
