Why
Events Audit?
According
to a TSEA Member Survey, 93% of event managers want to see independent
audits. Independent, third party information is not readily available
to CMOs to objectively evaluate the potential of events for accelerating
the sales process. More and more, CMOs are demanding accountability
for all marketing investments and they are reporting that events are
one of the most difficult mediums to measure and analyze.
Events Audit reports:
- Create an
assurance and credibility factor with exhibitors by independently
certifying the database and providing key demographic information
about the buyers in attendance at an event
- Provide key
information to help exhibitors plan their participation and defend
their event choices upward to management
- Show organizers
can upgrade their sales call to include higher-level marketers
and be seen as proactive consultants/partners by their clients
(exhibitors)
- Help organizers
with their own pre-show marketing efforts and give them an increased
accuracy of understanding their own particular events being audited
Combining the audit
data with survey results in the Event Insights reports:
- Help organizers
identify new revenue and cost-cutting opportunities
- Allow organizers
to successfully consult with exhibitors to maximize their ROO/ROI
- Provide exhibitors
with audit and survey data to help them plan and market their
exhibition more effectively (i.e. launching new products, re-branding
products, etc…)
- Help create
an environment to identify ways to improve value for their attendees
(buyers)
