Customer Privacy Policy
BPA recognizes the need to protect the information gathered from our members, potential members and visitors.
For this reason, we have implemented a Customer Privacy Policy. Under our policy, Personally Identifiable Information —
e-mail addresses, employment status, and "click stream" data, which tracks how a person uses an online service —
compiled from users to our site will be carefully stored to ensure a safe Internet environment.
Users electing to search the Circulation Library of bpaww.com are required to supply personal and
professional information as part of the registration process.
BPA's policy is that it will not sell personal and/or professional information to third parties.
However, it may share some aggregate (i.e., total visitors to the site), not personal, information with its membership,
academic, professional, and marketing organizations, which in BPA's judgment, have a legitimate need for such data,
and which are committed to the preservation of online user privacy.
When downloading or viewing a media owner's report, individual information regarding your access to that media owner's
report is available, upon request, to that media owner only. No other information regarding your use of the site is
available to that media owner. This an extension of our longstanding policy for hardcopy reports.
BPA will remove any registrant information volunteered by users, including full name and user name, from its database
upon request from the registrant to info@bpaww.com.
