VP, Business Development
As VP of Business Development for BPA, Linda and her team help the BPA’s media members transition to Brand Reporting and fixed pricing. She has spent more than 25 years in the advertising & marketing industry and offers experience from the perspective of both the buyer and seller. As Media Director for A&S and Sterns Department Stores (now Macy’s), she oversaw the planning and buying of all print, TV, radio and outdoor advertising. More recently Linda was the Advertising Sales Manager for Fine Cooking magazine where she led a team of five National Account Managers in selling print and online advertising to national marketers and advertising agencies. Linda also serves as a board member for The Media Content & Marketing Association.
General Manager, Asia Pacific Region
Doreen has been the General Manager, Asia Pacific Region since June 2004. She is responsible for the business development, marketing and audit operations in Asia Pacific. Doreen began her career with BPA Worldwide in New York as an auditor in December 1997 and became electronic auditor in March 1999. She was promoted to manager, Electronic Auditing in July 2000. In March 2001, Doreen was named Asia Pacific regional manager and relocated to Hong Kong to open BPA’s first office in Asia. In June 2004, Doreen relocated Asia Pacific regional office from Hong Kong to Beijing, China. Doreen is a graduate of Baruch College, New York with a MBA degree in International Marketing and a graduate of Brooklyn College, New York with a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer and Information Science. Prior to joining BPA Worldwide, she was a market researcher with New York Mercantile Exchange.
Audit Manager, CCAB, Division of BPA Worldwide
Zia joined CCAB, BPA’s Canadian division, in March 2002 as a Media Auditor. He was promoted to Regional Service Coordinator, New Accounts in October 2002 and to Internal Audit Supervisor in July 2003. In January 2011, Zia was named Audit Manager, overseeing audit activities in both the Toronto and Montreal offices. In his role, he is responsible for the recruitment and training of new auditors; reviewing media kits and subscriber forms; scheduling audits and addressing audit issues with CCAB’s magazine, newspaper, FDSA and iCompli members. Zia has an undergraduate degree in Industrial Relations and Economics from the University of Toronto and a post-graduate diploma in International Marketing from Humber College.

SVP, Technology Assurance
Rich has been SVP with BPA since 1999. In 2012, he added oversight of BPA’s Technology Assurance division to his responsibilities. Rich began his career with BPA in New York, as an accounting supervisor, only to be promoted to Accounting Manager in the same year, and then Controller in 1993. Rich managed BPA’s Eastern Region auditing operation, and was then promoted to General Manager of the Midwestern Region. In 1998, he was promoted to Vice President/General Manager of BPA’s Canadian Circulations Audit Board (CCAB) division, based in Toronto. Prior to joining BPA, Rich was an auditor with Futter, Popper & Company. A graduate of St. John's University, he is a licensed CPA in the state of New York and a Certified Information Systems Auditor.
Director, Sustainability Auditing
Joe oversees BPA audit engagements in Event Sustainability Certification and Sustainability Report Assurance. Joe develops and executes BPA audit protocols for sustainability standards from ASTM, ISO and GRI. He is a Certified Sustainability Manager (CSM), GRI G4 Master Class participant, and AA1000AS specialist.
Director, Middle East Region
Rana Hariz has served as Director of BPA’s Middle East operation since December 2015. In the position, Rana is responsible for serving the needs of BPA’s members and applicants throughout the Middle East, including interpretation and explanation of BPA bylaws and rules, and the coordination of audit operations and staff. She also manages a BPA’s sales and marketing opportunities throughout the region.
Prior to her current position, Rana was Sales and Business Development Manager with Agence France Presse – Services, where she was in charge of all business development-related activities for the organization’s Middle East region.
Rana previously worked for BPA from January 2011 to February 2015. She began as a Media Auditor, and was later promoted to Coordinator, Business Development – Middle East.
Earlier in her career, Rana was Subscription Sales Manager with Al Iktissad Wal Aamal from January 2010 to September 2010, in charge of new subscriptions and renewals for the magazines published by the company. She also worked as Executive Manager and Associate Coordinator for Dar Al Mourad from March 2004 to December 2009.
Rana holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Banking and Finance from the American University of Science & Technology in Beirut, Lebanon.
Francis has been with BPA since 2007. Based in London, he is responsible for BPA’s European operations and product development and marketing for Europe, India and Africa. He began his career with BPA Worldwide as an auditor and was promoted to account co-ordination in 2009. Francis is a graduate of Hull University having read Economics. Prior to joining BPA Worldwide, Francis worked as a research assistant in Westminster, London for a number of Members of Parliament and also spent time working as a retail analyst.
M. Timothy Peel
Vice President, CCAB
Tim returned to BPA in May 2012 after working in communications and membership for Advertising Standards Canada (ASC) for 18 months. He oversees the operations for Canadian Circulations Audit Board (CCAB), BPA’s Canadian division. Tim started as a Marketing Auditor in April 1999, and has served as Internal Audit Supervisor, Audit Manager and General Manager. Tim is a graduate of the University of Ottawa with a Bachelor of Social Science in Economics and a Bachelor of Commerce.

Vice President, Programmatic
Scott Roulet leads BPA's programmatic advertising initiatives, including the B2B Media Exchange, the first programmatic private marketplace for audited B2B media. He directs the operational execution and strategic development with publisher participants, technology vendors and the demand channels.
Prior to BPA, Scott consulted with leading media organizations including American City Business Journals and Kantar in areas of developing scalable solutions for advertising automation, audience data enhancement and advertising sales. In 2008, Scott co-founded B2B digital ad network, BBN, where he served as President until its sale in 2015. Previously, he held a number of executive positions focusing on digital expansion with companies including Cygnus Business Media, ProQuest Company and Oklahoma Publishing Company.
